How can I connect to the storage?
To connect, you need an SFTP-compatible client, such as WinSCP, FileZilla, or Cyberduck.
I already have web hosting with PixelLegion. Do I get a discount? How can I claim it?
Yes, of course! If you already have PixelLegion web hosting, you can order any Storage and Backup plan at HALF PRICE as an add-on service. Discount validity: the half-price discount is valid as long as your web hosting package remains active, if your web hosting subscription expires, the discount will no longer apply. How to claim the discount? Simply add the desired backup package to your order, and the system will automatically apply the discount!
What types of data can I store in the backup storage?
You can upload any type of file, such as website backups, databases, images, documents, and other data.
What is the storage capacity?
Depending on the storage plan, the capacity ranges from 2 GB to over 250 GB. The exact capacity is determined by the package you purchase.
Is my stored data secure?
Yes! Your data is transferred using SFTP encryption, and server-side protection ensures it remains secure from unauthorized access.
Can I set up automatic backups?
Yes! Setting up automatic backups is easy, and it works with any system that supports SFTP connections.
What happens if my storage is full?
If your storage reaches its limit: you won’t be able to upload new files, automatic backups will fail, you have the option to upgrade to a larger storage plan.
How can I access my stored files?
You can connect to the storage at any time using an SFTP client to download or manage your files.
Can my data be lost?
No! Your backups are continuously protected, but we always recommend keeping your own offline copies of your most important files.
How can I set a new password for my storage?
Log in to your client account. Go to Services → Backup → Manage and Click on Change Password to set a new one.
