Email Management – PixelLegion Control Panel

The PixelLegion Control Panel allows you to create, manage, and configure email accounts, including virus and spam protection, alias settings, forwarding, and autoresponders.

Creating a New Email Account

  1. Enter the desired mailbox name.
  2. Select the domain associated with the email address.
  3. Create a password or let the system generate one automatically.
  4. Enable "Catch-all" – If activated, all emails sent to non-existent addresses under this domain will be received in this mailbox.
  5. Set the mailbox size.
  6. For additional settings (aliases, forwarding, security), check the corresponding option.
  7. Click "Save".

Once created, the account will display the username, storage usage, and any forwarding/security settings.

Managing Alias Addresses

  • Alias addresses redirect emails to a primary mailbox.
  • To create an alias, enter the alias name and click save.
  • To delete an alias, click the delete icon.

Setting Up Email Forwarding

  • To forward emails to another address, enter the destination addresses separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks.
  • Optionally, you can keep a copy of forwarded emails on the server.

Virus and Spam Protection

Enable Virus Scanner – Scans emails for malicious content. Infected emails are marked with "Infected".
Enable Spam Filter – Identifies and marks potential spam messages with "Spam". The filter sensitivity can be adjusted.

Email Client Setup & Configuration

The following settings are required to configure your email account in various clients (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail):

  • Username: The full email address (e.g., user@domain.com).
  • Password: The password specified during setup.
