SSH Keys – PixelLegion Hosting Control Panel

SSH keys provide a secure and convenient authentication method when connecting to the server. Instead of using a traditional password, you can authenticate yourself using a public-private key pair, increasing security and reducing the risk of password theft.

Managing SSH Keys

Adding a New SSH Key
1️⃣ Log in to your PixelLegion Hosting Control Panel account.
2️⃣ From the left menu, select SSH Keys.
3️⃣ Click Add New SSH Key.
4️⃣ Enter a name for the key and paste your public SSH key.
5️⃣ Click Save.

Deleting an SSH Key
1️⃣ Find the key you want to delete in the list.
2️⃣ Click the Delete icon.
3️⃣ Confirm the deletion.

Tip: If you don’t have an SSH key yet, you can generate one on your local machine using the following command:

This will generate a private and a public key. Copy the public key into the PixelLegion Hosting Control Panel SSH Key section.
