Two-Factor Authentication - PixelLegion Hosting Control Panel

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, logging in will require not only your username and password but also a unique authentication code.

This code is generated through an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy) or sent via SMS. This ensures your account remains protected even if someone gains access to your password.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

1️⃣ Log in to your PixelLegion Hosting Control Panel account.
2️⃣ From the left menu, select Security Settings.
3️⃣ Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
4️⃣ Follow the on-screen instructions:

  • Download an authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
  • Scan the QR code using the authentication app.
  • Enter the six-digit code generated by the app.
5️⃣ Click Save to enable two-factor authentication.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication

1️⃣ Log in to your PixelLegion Hosting Control Panel account.
2️⃣ Select Security Settings from the left menu.
3️⃣ Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
4️⃣ Confirm the deactivation by entering the authentication code.

Tip: If you lose access to your authentication app, you can restore login using the backup security key provided by the system.
