Important Note:
This menu item is only available if the administrator has enabled access!

Webmail allows you to send and receive emails directly through a web browser.

How to access the Webmail interface?
1️⃣ Click the Webmail menu item in the PixelLegion Control Panel
2️⃣ The application opens in a new browser window or tab
3️⃣ Use the login credentials you set when creating the email account
4️⃣ Alternative access: Enter this URL directly in your browser:
https://panel1.pixellegion.org/webmail/
https://panel2.pixellegion.org/webmail/
https://panel???.pixellegion.org/webmail/


Setting Up an Autoresponder and Email Filters

How to configure an autoresponder and email filters?
1️⃣ Log in to the Webmail interface as described in the previous section
2️⃣ Click the Settings button in the top right corner
3️⃣ In the left Settings menu, select Filters
4️⃣ In the middle Filter Settings menu, select the Standard filter option
5️⃣ In the right Filters menu, click the + button to add a new filter

How to set up an autoresponder?

  • When creating the new filter, enter the autoresponse message content
  • Active autoresponder messages are also saved in the inbox

Example of filter usage:

  • Automatically move spam to the junk folder:
    • Emails identified as junk by the spam filter will not appear in the inbox but will be automatically moved to the junk folder
    • Important: The Spam folder is only visible via IMAP!
